Biography
Daniel Nassie heads up the litigation section of the firm, and concentrates his practice in real estate, mortgage lending, business, employment, and general civil litigation.
Daniel has successfully represented clients in both California and Federal Court systems, as well as before administrative panels and boards.
Daniel received his B.A. from California State University at Chico in 1976 and his J.D. from Cal-Northern in 1989. Daniel is a member of the California State Bar and he is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts in California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Daniel is also very active in charitable and other professional organizations. In 2005, he was the recipient of the Ed Arnold Humanitarian Award from Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Association of Realtors.
Away from the office, Daniel is an avid fly fisherman, pilot, polo player, and outdoor enthusiast.

Biography
Gregory S. Page is an of-counsel attorney with the firm. For over 20 years, Mr. Page has been a general civil litigator and trial attorney, with previous experience as in-house legal counsel for several nationally recognized title insurance companies. Mr. Page’s practice has been focused primarily on real property related matters, title insurance defense, and general business litigation. Mr. Page is currently representing title insurance and escrow companies in the investigation and resolution of title and escrow claims and claims related litigation and/or arbitration. Mr. Page also represents lenders, real estate brokers, partnerships, large corporations, and the owners and developers of residential, industrial, and commercial properties.
Mr. Page is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts in California. Mr. Page is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Page is a member of the Real Estate Section of the Orange County Bar Association and of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California. He obtained his Law Degree in the Southwestern University School of Law.
Mr. Page allocates a good portion of his free time in helping non profit organizations that promote and foster economic growth in Nicaragua. Mr. Page is an active advisor of the Nicaragua chapter of Vital Voices.

Biography
Catherine’s legal career commenced in 1995 at the firm of Lewis, D’Amato, Brisbois and
Bisgaard (now Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard and Smith), where she focused on business
litigation. Thereafter from 1997 until 2003, she practiced at the national law firm of Arter
& Hadden.
Her clients included financial institutions, including BMW Financial Services NA, LLC,
restaurants, banks, international corporations, investors, court-appointed receivers, a
national health club chain, hospitals and a variety of other companies.
She practices both in federal and state courts, as well as the Court of Appeal. Her
versatility in legal procedures is evidenced by her successful disqualification of
counsel, as published in a decision by the bankruptcy court, In re Jaeger, 213 B.R. 578
(Bkrtcy.C.D.Cal. 1997). This case is frequently cited by legal treatises, as well as in
other court opinions.
In addition to practicing law, Catherine enjoys travelling locally and internationally,
hiking, boating and fashion.
