Focused Advocacy in Cases Involving Wrongful Termination Claims
While most employees are employed on an at-will basis and can be fired for no reason, employers are vulnerable to allegations of wrongful termination if they fire an employee for the wrong reason.
Employees cannot be fired or terminated for reasons of discrimination based on disability, pregnancy, age, race, gender, sexual orientation or political association. They cannot be fired for reporting illegal actions by the company or for complaining or seeking legal redress if they have been discriminated against or subjected to harassment.
Wrongful termination cases are frequently difficult because of a lack of evidence. We are thorough in conducting the discovery needed to support our clients’ cases, and our firm has a track record of success in wrongful termination cases. Our employment law attorneys provide focused advocacy as well as strong support for our clients as they face the stress and interruption of a complex case.
